RFP - Construction Management Services under Professional Agreement

Description: The Marin Municipal Water District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management and administration services for the Pine Mountain Tanks Phase II Project D21043, under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA). The project will be a multi-year construction project for two (2) AWWA D110 Type I strand-wound prestressed concrete potable water storage tanks, large-diameter welded steel potable water transmission system piping, and miscellaneous electrical and civil site work. Each tank has an inside diameter of 90 feet and a capacity of 2 million gallons.
